The Marketing & Digital Content Executive plays a critical role in driving our company’s success by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital content. Working closely with the marketing team, other departments and our venues, this role is responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing online platforms, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and effectively promote our products or services.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and boost sales

– Create, edit, and manage high-quality digital content, including blogs, videos, graphics, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with the rand voice and marketing goals

– Oversee and maintain the company’s website, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to enhance organic traffic and user experience

– Plan, schedule, and manage social media platforms, fostering audience engagement, responding to queries, and monitoring brand sentiment

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage and nurture leads

– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, digital tools, and consumer behaviours

– Analyse the performance of digital content and marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and optimize -esults

– Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and paid social media, to maximize ROI

– Build and maintain relationships with digital influencers and media outlets to amplify online presence

– Stay updated on industry trends, new digital tools, and content marketing strategies, recommending innovative approaches

– Prepare detailed reports on digital content and marketing campaign performance, including recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Assets:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field

– 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital content creation and management, ideally within the hospitality industry

– Proven expertise in creating and managing digital content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, and websites

– Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite

– Demonstrated experience in SEO and SEM strategies to optimize digital presence

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust campaigns for maximum impact

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content production
