Hugo’s Group is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of the Group’s marketing efforts across all business units in the hospitality and entertainment sector. This executive role requires a results-driven leader with deep industry knowledge, a strong analytical foundation, and a flair for creativity and innovation. You will oversee brand development, marketing strategy, communications, partnerships, and business development initiatives to enhance market presence and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough analyses of marketing, consumer, and social trends, providing insightful
– Lead the development and execution of the Group’s comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
– Serve as the public face of the Group’s marketing operations, representing the brand with press, clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners
– Direct and scale both digital and traditional marketing functions across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring best-in-class execution and performance
– Oversee brand architecture, sub-brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies using structured evaluation and strategic insights
– Develop and implement an integrated annual marketing plan to activate the Group’s brand across multiple platforms and customer segments
– Build strategic alliances, media partnerships, and channel distribution networks to expand brand outreach and business development
– Drive data-informed decision-making through ongoing performance tracking, analytics, and ROI evaluation of campaigns and initiatives
– Manage external agency relationships, including PR and creative partners, to ensure value-driven collaboration and brand consistency
– Lead the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in alignment with brand values and community impact goals
– Oversee and manage the Group’s Events Executive, ensuring alignment of all events and activations with the broader marketing strategy
– Establish and manage a high-performing marketing organization, including team structure, workflows, and talent development
– Oversee content strategy and production in close collaboration with C-suite leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
– Spearhead brand evolution across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging and design across all media
– Strengthen B2B capabilities through strategic frameworks and partnerships within hospitality and entertainment ecosystems
– Monitor competitive activity and market developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation
– Own the marketing budget and reporting processes, including forecasting, allocation, and performance reviews
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
– Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in brand management, consumer marketing, and strategic marketing leadership
– At least 3 years of senior-level leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and inspire team
– Demonstrated success in launching marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
– Extensive experience crafting multi-channel marketing strategies, from ideation to execution
– Proven ability to lead innovative, data-driven marketing solutions and measure their impact effectively
– Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a keen understanding of market dynamics
– Experience managing marketing budgets and aligning investments with business objectives
– Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
– A record of fostering team collaboration, driving innovation, and building a culture of performance and accountability
– Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is considered a strong asset
