Dim sum is a big part of the culinary Chinese heritage. They are simply nuggets of paper-thin wrappers or dough, which can be prepared in several ways: steamed, boiled with broth or fried in pot stickers, and traditionally served in small bamboo steamer baskets. They don’t only look as cute as a button but also taste delightful!

1. The term Dim Sum means ‘Point of the heart

2. Dim sum is to be shared

Much like Spanish tapas, dim sum are bite-sized portions packed full of flavour to be shared around the table, making them a fun, social meal. These culinary delights are typically served with around four portions per dish; enabling diners to try a wide choice of dishes. 3. Variety
