The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in our company’s success by contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team and other departments, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to promote our products or services effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences

-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI

-Manage social media platforms and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty and drive customer engagement

-Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive media coverage and endorsements

-Stay updated on industry developments and marketing trends to propose new strategies and innovative ideas

-Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement

 

Qualifications & Assets:

 

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

-2 years experience ideally within the hospitality industry

-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

-Proficiency in utilising various social media platforms for marketing purposes

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

-Strong organisational and project management abilities

-Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns

-Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools including Adobe Suite, Google Products and Meta Business Suite

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners

-Creativity and a keen eye for detail to craft engaging marketing materials

-Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis software is a plus
